A Message from The Invitational Team
It is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of The Invitational, scheduled for August 4–7, 2025, at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas.
This decision was not made lightly. After months of careful planning and passionate effort from our team, the registration numbers as of June 26, 2025 (and multiple deadline extensions), did not meet the threshold needed to produce the high-caliber experience we envisioned for all involved. Our goal has always been to provide an exceptional event that uplifts dancers, educators, and studios—an event worthy of the time, energy, and resources our community invests. Unfortunately, that standard would not have been possible under the current circumstances.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who believed in this vision—those who registered early, helped spread the word, or offered support and encouragement along the way. Your enthusiasm means the world to us. To those affected, we are in the process of issuing full refunds, communicating with the hotel surrounding refunds, and will be reaching out directly with next steps. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through the details.
Though this chapter is closing at this time, we remain committed to celebrating the dance community in meaningful ways. We hope to reconnect with you in the future and thank you for being part of this journey.
